For more than 20 years, the principals of Maverick were actively involved in the brokerage of multifamily and retail
assets totaling over 35,000 apartment units and numerous retail centers with a combined sales value in excess of 1.3
billion dollars. This background combined with our vast market knowledge gives us the ability to source off market
transactions through our long standing relationships with owner-operators and various lenders. Maverick maintains an
extensive multifamily owner/property database that is also leveraged to source deal flow.
Maverick currently has investments in multifamily and retail properties as well as numerous land tracts, both large and
small. The company has completed in excess of $200 million dollars of principal acquisitions since its formation in
2005.

Maverick was formed for the purpose of acquiring well located, underperforming multifamily, retail and other commercial real estate
assets. The profile of our typical investment is value oriented, in other words, an investment that is at a level that is significantly
below replacement cost or significantly below the stabilized value of the asset. In this regard, the investment is typically
